You just have to chuckle out loud at the pettiness and infantile way that Buffalo Leaders deal with things.
Buffalo leaders are so worried about losing their STATUS QUO that they'll go to great lengths to assist the incumbent treasurer, allegedly guilty of accepting and implementing unconstitutional pay raises, by hiding the signage touting the challenger to that position.
On April 1, 2009 a sign, promoting electing the challenger to the constitution-kicking incumbent's position of Town Treasurer was placed directly opposite the drive-up window at City Hall, across the parking lot on a building owned by the infamous Harper Family of Harper County and of Harper's Cafe' fame.

The Town of Buffalo leaders obviously failed to see the humor in the aforementioned sign being available to be viewed by anyone entering, leaving, or visiting City Hall.
As a result, the Town Manager, Joe McVicker, directed that 2 Town trucks were to be strategically parked so as to block the view of the sign.

All's Fair in Love and War
The sign referenced has been moved to the other side of the building away from the Town trucks, and a new, much larger, and more imposing sign, complete with night lighting, has now been erected.
