Keep Ms. Buss as Our Mayor

On Wednesday May 06. 2009 the Town Board of Buffalo Oklahoma will be meeting to, among other things, elect a new mayor from within the trustee realm.
Inside Buffalo is urging all taxpaying residents of Buffalo to contact your elected trustees and urge them to vote for incumbent, Georgianna Buss for Mayor.
We know the sentimental pick would be Lewis Carpenter. After all, he was, we opine, robbed of his mayorial position last year and should be re-instated.
Why would Inside Buffalo urge you to compel our trustees to vote for Mrs. Buss, our redoubtable mayor?

The Town Board, with it's newly elected Trustees, met on the evening of Wednesday May 6th and Lewis Carpenter was made the Mayor of Buffalo.
